Application Validation Center

Turn material, process-window, and test data into a validated production basis

Work with our engineering team on sample definition, test-matrix development, protocols, and batch-data review, then translate validated requirements into production-system specifications.

Define Materials and Objectives

Confirm the material grade, manufacturing route, defect type, performance targets, quality system, and heat-treatment constraints.

Configure Samples and Loads

Define maximum dimensions and weight, encapsulation or support requirements, loading density, and the batch-identification strategy.

Validate the Process Window

Build a test matrix around pressure, temperature, hold time, cooling path, and atmosphere control.

Close the Data Loop

Combine CT, metallography, density, mechanical-property results, and batch curves into reusable validation reports.

Transfer to Production

Translate validated requirements into equipment specifications and line interfaces, including target cycle time, usable-zone size, maintenance windows, and reporting.

Build the Audit Package

Define FAT/SAT, calibration, alarm, recipe-access, and batch-report templates for customer review.

Validation Output

Validation produces an evidence package your team can review and approve.

The package can include process curves, inspection results, load records, alarm and deviation summaries, equipment recommendations, capacity calculations, and service boundaries.
