FAT / SAT Acceptance Process
Covers pressure-hold tests, safety interlocks, alarm records, HMI access control, sample batch reports, and site handover documentation.

Quality & Compliance
Procurement, quality, and EHS teams can review the pressure-vessel compliance pathway, process-data retention, factory and site acceptance, and calibration records.
Covers pressure-hold tests, safety interlocks, alarm records, HMI access control, sample batch reports, and site handover documentation.
Organize reproducible process evidence around pressure, temperature, time, alarms, operating records, and recipe permissions.
Evaluate ASME BPVC VIII, PED, TSG 21 and other applicable paths according to the project location and customer requirements.
Reference AMS 2175, AMS 2185, ASTM F3301, and the temperature-uniformity logic of AMS 2750 as appropriate for the material and application.
ISO 9001 and other certifications are claimed only when supported by a valid certificate. Project-specific quality plans and acceptance records remain part of every delivery scope.
Prepare calibration, interlocking, process curves, maintenance and training records according to procurement, quality and EHS audit requirements.
FAT / SAT Flow
Each pressure system should connect safety, performance, data integrity, and personnel training into a complete evidence chain for operation and audit after delivery.
Confirm the pressure vessel regulatory path, safety interlock, calibration boundary and customer quality system interface.
Verify no-load functional checks, pressure holding, safety interlocks, alarm logging, HMI permissions, and sample batch reports.
Review site conditions such as foundation, hoisting, gas, cooling water, power supply, exhaust and maintenance access.
Verify equipment operation, process curve, operation training, maintenance handover and data archiving at customer site.

Certificates, verification, acceptance, training and maintenance materials are delivered at the project stage.

Pressure, temperature, time, alarm and operation records form traceable evidence.

Recipe permissions, HMI activity, and controlled data exports support the customer's quality system.
